My creative juices tend to be triggered by phrases and terms. No surprise that I am someone whose “love language” is written notes, etc.
AND… any of you who have been following me for a while are familiar with my proclivity for wanting to redefine things (redefine INFLUENCE, for one!). So, with that in mind, I dug into some thinking based on this term “credible messenger” with my audio post today.

Here’s a bit from my audio post (but it’s only 7 minutes, so go ahead and listen too!):
But, we can start seeing them and helping amplify them (or maybe this is YOU?) now. Are you with me?
These people are quieter. They may not have massive national or global stages, but they are notably doing things differently - and they are likely participating on social platforms very differently:
They are being themselves and mainly sharing their own enthusiasms and hopes and noticings.
They are uplifting others - academics, media members, colleagues and even, sometimes, their competitors - who they admire for advancing the cause in creative ways.
They *feel comfortable* being themselves and comfortable with some degree of vulnerability.
They may be more likely share selfie videos or photos (i.e. not so perfectly branded)
You came across them in some unexciting way - via a post someone in your network shared, via a short quote of theirs in some bigger media story, etc.
You may not know why, but your soul responded to them, and that’s why you follow them now (and if you ever noticed they were on a podcast, you’d definitely listen in).
